I was following like 5 or 6 spring series but for the past month or two I've
been too busy/disinterested to download any of them. So the only series I've
been watching is Inuyasha. No, I wouldn't call it indulging...I only watch it
cause i have all 167 episodes..-_-
Well, the longer you go without it, the easier it is to let it go completely.
With my slowly diminishing interest in anime, I think it's quite possible for me
to let it go forever..but that's not going to happen since i don't have anything
to fill the void that would create.
I think I have between 20 and 30 games. I can't believe most of you have so
many; I can't even imagine having that many (let alone having the time to play
them).
Well, I'm a raver...the kind of raver that got into raving because of the music,
not the other way around. I like trance/progressive, Goa/psy, happy hardcore,
and ambient/chillout in general. Favorite artist: Above and Beyond. Song of the
moment: Paul van Dyk - Nothing but You.
I have been disappointed by many anime that people generally tend to enjoy. So
many, in fact, that I'll have to list most of them:
Akira
Avenger
Beyond the Clouds
Air Movie
Escaflowne Movie
Flag
Kanon (Toei)
Kino no Tabi
Ghost in the Shell (Movie)
Lucky Star
Nanoha Strikers
Metropolis
Night Head Genesis
Wolf and Spice
Paradise Kiss
Millenium Actress
Saikano
Yukikaze
Simoun
Ghost Hound
RD Sennou Chosashitsu
Vampire Hunter D
Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou
However, the most disappointing is possibly El Cazador de la Bruja, since I
loved Noir and Madlax. I've by now lost faith in Bee Train, to say the least.
There are good things about uniforms, which everyone has stated above. But I
think it's better to have some individuality and wear whatever you want (within
the limits of the dress code, of course). Otherwise, I'd never have the chance
to show off my Nice Boat (TM) shirt!
Of course, I have to say that I wouldn't mind seeing girls in seifuku...
I use a laptop, and I've never cleaned it, but I think i probably should.. I've
owned it for a little less than 3 years now, and about a year after I got it it
started to make this loud grinding sound when starting up. This happens off and
on, and it happens that I'm currently in a period when it hasn't happened for
about a month But I finally read up on it, and it seems the problem is probably
the fan..hence, I should clean the PC, or at least look inside..too bad it's not
a desktop, where I can do that more easily.
I listen to a ton of instrumental music. I enjoy electronic music, ambient/new
age, classical, jazz, and stuff like that. I also like soundtracks for various
games and anime (Touhou FTW!).
Obviously Lacus is in love with Kira and not with Athrun, but I hope that she
still remembers her relationship with Athrun and thinks of him as a close
friend. It is not apparent that this is the case, as I don't remember them ever
having a friendly conversation after their "break-up".
In school I never even considered skipping classes...it only ever happened when
I had a dentist appointment, or when I was on vacation or something.
Now that I'm at university there is no penalty for skipping classes, but i still
very rarely do so. It's only when I have a good reason, e.g. I'm too busy with
some kind of project or when there is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see a
famous speaker or something.
I'm reading a book called 'Tensors, Relativity and Cosmology'. It's an excellent
book if you want to understand the math that's required for general relativity.
It doesn't leave out any of the steps, no matter how trivial other authors might
consider them. Of course, this is because it's meant as a companion text to a
full-blown GR course. Thus, while I honestly recommend it to anyone here, don't
expect to understand it without a few years of college-level mathematics and
physics under your belt...
The Death Note comparison is also a good one. I wouldn't quite compare Suzaku to
L, but Lelouch and Light are both excellent examples of anti-heros in anime. I
definitely sympathize more with Lelouch's agenda than Light's, though...
There are times when it's hard for me to concentrate when watching anime with
other people. However, overall it's way
more fun watching with friends. I can joke about the series while watching, talk
about it afterwards, and on the whole have a memorable time. Plus, sometimes
when I'm alone it seems like it's boring or a waste of time..

Wow, I'm the only one who voted for Kaori? She's the only one that's not a hopeless moeblob.
You've probably decided by now, but I would go with the X360 over the PS3. The reason? Rez HD.

A noble cause. I didn't even bother downloading Love Death 2 cause I knew it wouldn't run on my system (I have a laptop).
Seconded! I don't have it either, and it's a great pic!

Why do i listen to anime music? Because it's in the anime...and I don't watch without sound...
After I keep hearing it I start liking it, similar to why preteens like all the current trash music just because it's all around them.
And as I'm someone who likes instrumental music, it doesn't at all bother me that it's in a language that I don't understand.
No, I haven't found any offensive church sign...but I can't resist linking to this site now:

For any kind of strong negative emotion, I like to just go to sleep and hope it's gone when I next wake up...
Sakura from Fate/stay night (Heaven's Feel)
what is dark matter?

Interesting topic. I'm probably missing some that don't come to mind, but for now I'm gonna have to say Asuka is the best.

^fish have eggs too, but you have right idea
